Building Permit Issued

The State of New Mexico's Construction Industries Division issued the building permit for the Clines Corners Wind Energy Demonstration Project on August 23, 2005. Ground breaking for the turbine foundation will begin as soon as adequate supplies of concrete can be secured. The foundation will require about 21 yards of concrete. Portland cement used in making concrete is in short supply.
